This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Period & 28 Day Cycle Tracker for Female Clients

    Allow for Trainers to add in a section where females can log their 28 day cycle with notes, symptoms, etc. This will help the Trainer give them the best training experience based off of their cycle and allow for the Trainer to give insight into how to handle nutrition and wellness activities. Allow for the Trainer to pull a report on this information or have a section that states # of days between bleeds

  2. Water tracker revamp

    I love that we now have a water tracker. However, it seems a little incomplete and doesn’t really encourage drinking water.

    I feel like this would be so much better as a habit, that way you can decide which clients get it, instead of it being on everyone’s dash board.

    It would also help to set a specific goal for individual clients and when they reach the goal it comes up with a great job, like when they complete their workouts.

  3. Fiber WITH Calorie & Macro goals

    PLEASE put Fiber alongside all 3 options for calories, calories and protein and macros. Clients need to be able to have the fiber goal right next to these so they see it as the same level of importance. Right now, I have to write fiber as a habit for them to mark off and really it should be a goal alongside the calories and macros. Thank you!

  5. Weekly average for weight! How we don't have this is insane....

    Weekly average for weight! How we don't have this is insane.... Honestly having a weekly average for every unit of measure would be extremely beneficial for us coaches. Being able to track averages is SO important!!! Is this something you guys are ever going to work on??

  7. A simple 'note' option to add to days.

    Could be used to note when PMS/period is. Or important dates. Eg. I have clients doing races and have no way of having a 'date marker' for their races other than an auto message. A countdown to an event/race day?

  8. countdown

    Having a countdown on the dashboard that is customizable to their goal whether they are in a 30 day challenge or counting down days to a big date. This would help keep them motivated, accountable and their goals a daily focal point! I'm coming from Everfit and they had this tool. My clients loved it.

    Example:

    X days until Competition

  9. Feature Request: Ability to Retroactively Mark Habits for Streaks in Coach-Error Scenarios

    Hi Trainerize Team,

    I’d like to submit a feature request regarding habit tracking, streaks, and achievement badges.

    I completely understand and support the intention behind real-time habit tracking — it encourages consistency and accountability. However, I recently ran into a scenario where the current system unintentionally penalises a client due to coach error, not client behaviour.

    In this case:

    The client did complete the habit every day

    The habit was not available to be ticked off due to a setup issue on my end

    As a result, the client will now miss out on a long streak badge that she…

  16. Add calories burned from any workout

    When I go for a run, it'll add my calories burned from that to the calorie burned section on the app, but if I enter calories burned for any other workout, it doesn't add it at all. What is the point of it then.

  18. Streak freezes

    I'd love to see 'Streak Freezes' like with Duolingo. My ethos is consistency over perfection, but that means that if they miss a day, they completely lose their streak. I had a client who had just hit 500 days and then wasn't well but couldn't freeze the streak.

  19. Water Tracking Movable for Custom App

    Water tracking is good to have, but I do not feel it is so important (moreso than nutrition tracking, workouts, progress, etc) that it MUST be at the top of the Dash.

    Can we please make it customizable in where the water tracker shows up?

    Like I would want it at the bottom of the Dash (after weight, after photos, etc), but I do want it as a "+" feature that clients can log if they want to
