Period & 28 Day Cycle Tracker for Female Clients
Allow for Trainers to add in a section where females can log their 28 day cycle with notes, symptoms, etc. This will help the Trainer give them the best training experience based off of their cycle and allow for the Trainer to give insight into how to handle nutrition and wellness activities. Allow for the Trainer to pull a report on this information or have a section that states # of days between bleeds

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. PLEASE PICK ME, as a coach i have female clients rock up and are like I'm useless today and it would be easier if I could be prepped beforehand and not that minute to adjust their program.
if it could be or not be linked to and alternative program set for them once they click " 🌺" that would be less invasive if they aren't comfortable sharing it and we can just get straight to work as normal. -

Absolute necessity! female clients have shifting needs and this is a strong feature in my coaching practice that would be great to have included in Trainerize.

It would be amazing if on your weigh ins if you’re on your period it’s a red dot instead, so when I’m looking back at my progress I know it’s higher because of that and not because I was more laxed that week!
