PLEASE ADD BILLING DATE CHANGES, AND MEMBERSHIP PAUSING
Being able to pause/freeze a client's membership and change a billing date is one of the most fundamental features a CRM software should have! Not having these basic features as a single action is really making me want to switch software from Trainerize.

Task/Reminders list
It would be awesome to be able to create a task/reminder list that syncs with the calendar so we can keep track of things we need to do for the clients and important dates and events coming up.

So i think this app really needs a proper weekly check in feature, currently you can set up repeated automated questions but only 3 per time, but adding in a proper weekly check in feature alongside all the biometric data would change the game and would help the clients engage more in there weekly check ins

Sheduling messages in bulk ahead of time on everyone calendar in bulk
- please make messages scheduling plannable directly on the main calendar for everyone to be reached in bulk, once, rather than having to programme individual messages for each client which takes so much time.

Being able to add 1 client
Being able to add 1 client not have to jump from 5 to 15 when only need 1 or 2 seats. It is a huge jump from 5 to 15 and double expense for one singular client. Enable adding 1 client on the 5 pack until 10 is reached then have to upgrade to 15

Prevent Clients from SCREEN SHOTTING workouts to save for their own
I would like Trainerize to find a way to stop clients from screen shotting the workouts the trainers assign and create. Ive had opportunities for sales that did not go through because clients have screen shotted the workouts for themselves. If we can find a way to prevent this from happening, it'll protect alot of trainers hard work from being stolen.

Make onboarding flow based on the type of clien
For example, I have onboarding specifically catered towards macro clients, but I occasionally get training only clients too. I’d like to be able to set up different onboarding flows that goes along with the type of client.

Enable Intakes and Waivers to be filled out and submitted via Trainerize app
Have a section to set up intakes and waivers to be filled out by clients and then automatically uploaded to their file. With an in app feature, this would streamline onboarding processes and alleviates issues for clients trying to use Google Forms or PDF fillable forms.

Add scheduled time off to calendar
Show trainer time off in the calendar. At the moment it just shows as empty days which can make scheduling tricky. It would be handy if the scheduled time off showed within the main calendar schedule.

Please create a way for 2 clients to be able to share a single package purchase. Husbands and wives, partners, friends.
2 members sharing a single payment/membership. This will enable one payer to purchase for themselves and a partner/spouse. Both family members work off the same package of sessions.

CRM
CRM activities have been recommended, mostly from the perspective of leads and marketing. But even just tracking current client touchpoints, activities and to-do reminders for the TRAINER that aren't seen by the client would be supremely helpful!! For example, a recurring reminder to schedule in-person session for my hybrid clients. Thanks so much!

Enquiry form
Having the ability to post a direct enquiry link to your socials where potential clients could fill out a form to register their interest in your coaching service.
This form should include contact details, goals/reasons for wanting a coach, information on their fitness ability and more. I’m sure a lot of us coaches use a third party site such as ‘typeform’ to create something similar but having this directly linked to the app would be amazing.
These enquiries could all be added as a basic client with the ability to chat via the in app messanger.

Voice Notes - Do you guys even care?
Why is voice notes still not a thing? Your exercise demonstrations and technique is as bad as it gets. You focus on so many other things that arent even crucial - but at the end of the day, this is about the client and giving the client a great experience. So why has it taken so long to consider adding voice notes? Is there an update on whether or not its coming to Trainerize because i may need to look at alternative softwares. Thanks

Remove ads on "Overview" Page
When I sign in I have multiple large ads for the in-app meal tracker and an ad to invite other trainers show up that takes up most of the screen on my overview page. I can understand ads for other features being on the overview page, but they either need to be off to the side, smaller, or I should be able to close them/minimize them/whatever. Aside from the "Recent Activity" list on the right side of the page, I have to scroll down to actually start seeing my client overviews. Those things should be front and center.

Push notifications
Push notifications to others to book in place of the cancellation to save time for the trainer and reduce productivity loss. would be good if they can accept or decline and have the option to opt in or out for this feature
