Have a section to set up intakes and waivers to be filled out by clients and then automatically uploaded to their file. With an in app feature, this would streamline onboarding processes and alleviates issues for clients trying to use Google Forms or PDF fillable forms.

This will GREATLY reduce work in the sign up process.

This is essential and would keep me from switching to another software. Clients should easily be able to esign a waiver or any uploaded document as the’yre onboarded on the app as a new client. This should be a priority. It would help all of us business owners a ton.

In this age of fillable PDF documents/web forms, it's asinine that I still have to manually send a client their PARQ+ form as a separate file instead of having it built into the app. Really, this should be part of the onboarding process when clients sign up.

Please allow us to add our own custom form(s) to be e-signed on sign-in! This is a huge hole in Trainerize's platform. E-signatures are legally recognized. They have been FOR YEARS.

Allow us to add our own custom waiver(s) to be signed on sign-in! Literally every gym software has this capability. Not YOUR waiver, ours. It's us that will have to go to court, so let us customize the forms we need our client to sign.
For instance, the PAR-Q isn't the form I need. I have a customized liability and customer contract, a questionaire, and then an optional physician waiver that I might load into my clients portal.
