Be able to assess a full week of meals with nutrient information without having to view each day separately.
We should be able to access the food tracking for multiple days without navigating back to dash each time.
Hi,
You voted for a faster way to review client food logs, and a weekly nutrition view is now available in Trainerize.
We’re continuing to improve nutrition tools based on feedback from the community, including ways to make reviewing logged meals and nutrition trends easier.
What’s included:
- Nutrition Center in the Progress tab: View a client’s current nutrition goal, weekly meal logging activity, total calories, and average daily calorie intake.
- Weekly macro breakdowns: See daily macro tracking across the week, plus weekly averages for each macro.
- Additional nutrition insights: When available, review details like top protein sources, water intake, top logged recipes, fiber, sugars, vitamin C, iron, and other key nutrient information.
- Faster day-to-day review: When viewing a specific day of tracked nutrition, you can use the arrows or calendar option to move between days more quickly without backing out and navigating again.
Some nutrition details may vary depending on how meals are tracked. Clients using the in-app meal tracker may have access to the most complete set of insights, while connected partner tracking methods may show a more limited view.

Pleaseeee this! A full week of showing if they hit their cal, protein, carbs, fats in one screen just for coached/trainers would be amazing!

It's very time consuming and hard to get an overall picture when we have to go day by day to look at their food - we need to see at least 1 full week at a time

I would like to see a feature that shows an overview of what they have eaten for the week not just calories in/calories out and macros without having to go into each individual day.
For example a simple spreadsheet or something that shows their meals in one picture frame so that you can see if they're eating breakfast every day or what times they are eating or what foods they are eating to help with overall nutrition coaching and not just calories and macros
