    Thanks so much for sharing your enthusiasm for expanding cardio options.

    We know that intensity and variety can make a big difference, so we’ve put together a quick video tutorial to help you build more dynamic cardio workouts using our existing tools with interval workouts and custom exercises.

    In short, this method involves creating timed, voice-guided cardio sessions with varying intensities by combining custom exercises with our Interval workout style. It’s a great way to add structure and energy to your programming.

    While there may be more updates and enhancements to come, we hope this helps you take your cardio sessions to the next level in the meantime.

    Thanks so much for all the thoughtful input and great conversation around this topic. It’s clear how passionate many of you are about delivering high-quality coaching experiences!

    Just a quick note to share (and echo what a few of you have already pointed out), you can include details like Tempo, RPE, RIR, and more by using the ‘target’ text box within any exercise.

    These notes will appear right alongside the exercise when your client completes their sets, helping to guide their effort and intent.

    The box does have a limit, but allows a decent amount of direction for these components. If you’d like to provide additional context, for example, explaining what Tempo means for newer clients, the Instructions section of the workout is a great place to do that.

    We know some of you are looking for even more specificity, and we’re always listening. In the meantime, these tools can help bridge the gap and keep your programming clear and effective.

    Thank you for continuing to share your insights and for expressing just how valuable this feature would be to your workflow. We completely understand the impact it could have and truly appreciate your patience as you wait for updates.

    While this request has been marked as 'planned', signaling that it’s on our product team’s radar. It hasn’t yet progressed to the next stage of development. We understand it’s been a while, and we know many of you have been waiting a long time.

    In the meantime, I wanted to highlight a few approaches that some users have found helpful as interim solutions. For instance, Custom Habits can be set up to reflect specific nutrition goals for different days, such as "Low Carb Day – under 50g." You can also reinforce these strategies with supportive content via PDF attachments (via message, or meal plan PDF) to guide clients through the adjustments on workout versus rest days.

    While these options may not meet all your needs just yet, they’ve proven to be practical and effective in bridging the gap for many, and we hope they can help support your coaching in the short term.

    We’ll keep collecting your feedback and will be sure to share updates as they become available. Thank you again for your continued patience and understanding.

    Thank you all for your thoughtful input and for highlighting the value this feature would bring to your services. We truly recognize how impactful it could be.

    This request is marked as 'planned', which means it has gathered enough interest and is being explored in detail by our teams, though it has been some time since the last update.

    In the meantime, I wanted to share with you all that many users have found great success in sharing daily lessons and education content using on-demand workout/lesson libraries, along with groups as a content vault to share key resources like videos, PDFs, and helpful links. Auto-messages can also be structured to deliver lessons to clients.

    It’s not a perfect substitute for everything requested here, but it can serve as a useful and impactful workaround for now to help empower your clients with your knowledge.

    We’ll continue to monitor interest and feedback, and we encourage you to stay tuned for any future updates from our product team.
