Auto fill weight for all sets after entering weight for first set.
When entering weight for first set, it fills that weight for for sets 2, 3,...
Then if needed, you can adjust the weight per set.m

When you add the sets and rep targets on the first exercise, automatically use these targets for the next exercises you add to the workout. For example if I am creating 5 sets, with a target of 5 reps for 'Leg press', when I add Bench press I would like it to now automatically apply the same sets and target.

I think prefilled is a nice idea, but I think it would be better if it prefilled the default greyed out place holder text instead of filling it properly in black. I use the text to keep track of how many sets I've done. If prefilled were greyed out instead and a button to accept them was there after you completed the set then that would be better imo
