We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Option to add an overall comment for a particular day rather than linked to either diet or training.

    I dont believe it's possible to add a comment on a day overall e.g. if I've been unwell and unable.tontrain or eat right i have had to add that to the food comments. It would be good to have an overall daily comment box.

    1.Reply directly to a Message.
    2.Have a default color for your message vs the person you're chatting with.

  5. Messaging amongst members is the best way to build community

    Dev team should look into interpreting a Discord -like server to the back end. On the trainer side, allow roles to admin, managers, mods and levels of members. On the Member side, have the ability to communicate with all members privately or in smaller focused private grounds. Incentives can be given to members that reach certain goals or challenges.
    At the current state there is no way to truly build a community. And working out ,getting to my goals, or having questions still feels lonely because I don’t know these people and they don’t know me.

  8. Receive a phone notification when receiving private messages

    Receive a phone notification (not in the app or through email) when I receive private messages. My trainer messages me regularly and I don’t want to flood my email inbox every time she messages me, and I’m not constantly checking my app to know if there’s a message. Phone notification would be helpful.

    If i need to open another app to get some information it deletes what I typed in, even though i didnt close it.

    Your direct messaging is not working. Direct link provided in the email is not working and even your dispute email address has automatic response saying they are actually not able to help. I need to resolve a billing issue. Please someone contact me back at monikakrznar@gmail.com

  12. Chat, draft saving

    When I'm chating with my coach, sometimes I need to go back to the main manu to look for things, but the messaging text will delete. So, saving the draft text would be very helpful to communicate with my coach without loosing the context of my chat.

  16. Larger Coach Chat Photo Icon

    The chat bubble is too small! Maybe add it to the top of the Dashboard, similar to the MY GROUPS section, but add a section that says CHAT WITH COACH or TRAINER. Some clients can barely find that tiny picture bubble, and I have to show them where it is. I don't want them missing pertinent messages from me.

  19. Change the reaction Emojis!

    The Emojis we have to select from DO NOT INCLUDE the most popular ones used on a daily basis to encourage on social media, like “love” or “fire”, etc… the app builders need to go by what people use most often on a daily basis, otherwise it feels dated

  20. Mobile notifications

    The only option for notifications is either off or on, and on is only with emails. Everytime my trainer sends me a message, the only way I know about it is the email notification. Would be a lot better if there was an actual notification like a beep or something (like with any app currently available). Personally, I don't want to receive an email for every message I get on the app.
