Ability to fully customize Nutrition
Having the ability to custom macros, calories (ex. 1480 vs. 1400) and number of meals is so important to a good plan. Offering only 3 meals max for a certain number of calories is so limiting and makes it hard to teach clients how to spread their meals out throughout the day. I'm having to pay extra for another website to offer exactly what I need for my clients. Being able to add new recipes into the program and allow clients to pull for the database is nice - Now if we could just get more options available on how custom we can make their plans it would be amazing.

The way you have it set up their entire calorie amount is going to only meals. We need the flexibility to also add in snacks, protein shakes, etc within their daily calorie amount. I want to be able to choose the amount of calories that goes towards meals. It needs to reflect how the average person eats. Thank you!

This is critical for providing nutritional guidance. As a Cert. Nutritionist this would make this platform better to use as a service provider but also a coach. Rather than telling clients to connect to myfitnesspal or Fitbit to track their nutritional goals they can do so inside the trainerize app.

This would be amazing! For bodybuilding clients I would love if they can also integrate a feature that allows "cheat meal" option after a client successful reaches their daily nutrition goal after a certain number of times (determined by coach via settings).
Also a feature that allows coach to change out the macro distribution depending on the day like in MyFitnessPal (for example. Monday-Friday 200g Protein, 200g Carbs, 50g Fat and Saturday and Sunday 200g Protein, 300g Carbs, 80g Fat).

You can offer more than 3 meals, but I agree with customizing--would be great for including "cheat days" or loose weekends.

It would also be nice to be able to adjust calories on different days for concepts like the 5:2 diet. So i can make calorie goal higher on weeknd vs weekday!
