We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Class notifications 2hrs before not 10 min

    The app gives notifications only 10 minutes before the class starts, aka when I’m already at the gym. It’s be nice if this notification was at least 2 hours ahead as a reminder.

  2. Add a class description

    Wright a brief description of what the class is… I have no idea what burn, fit 45, restore, etc is so I get reluctant to sign up…

  3. cancelled events

    If an event is canceled in DataTrak, the app should let the member know that the class has been canceled. For example, if I cancel a barre class in DataTrak and I book over a Zumba (same date and time), on the app I can still see the Barre class. What it should say on the app (Cancelled class) so members know what happened to the class instead of deleting it.

  5. Having it where you can see busy times

    Having a spot on the app where you are able to click to see a crowd meter. So, that you can see when it will be busy and or not busy in the gym.

  6. Booked Class Location

    It would be awesome if we could see the location of a booked class. For members who use multiple locations, it would be nice to see where

  7. Payment update options

    The ability to update the payment option for personal training, or, at the least, the option when I update my payment information for my club membership, for the associate to be prompted to select this as my payment information for all accounts.

  8. Open for Booking Notification

    Please reinstate the feature where we can request notification for when a class is open for booking. That was a really nice feature in the "old" app!

  10. Add date to “Today” and “Tomorrow” headings in class sign up page.

    Currently the date is not listed next to “today” and “tomorrow” on the class list/sign-up page. Suggest adding the date just so it is perfectly clear what day/date is being referenced.

  13. I miss the capacity tracker

    I miss the capacity tracker on the app. This was the best to help figure out when I can use the most equipment.

  19. Gym checkin

    Add my gym's barcode to the app so I can scan it when I check in. Right now I have to have 2 apps - the other one I never use except for the barcode!

  20. Ability to cancel a class

    There is no option in the app to cancel a class. Given that a $15 fee is charged if you fail to cancel 1 hour prior or attend, wouldn’t it be nice to have a “cancel” button pop up?
