    Hey Mitch! We now have the grouping feature live. You can setup the automation once and apply it to several membership types. Same for recurring service. Thank you for your request!

    Hey Priscilla, thank you for this feedback! A company can now provide a custom email or phone number they would like to use inside the app to manage the flow of customer feedback themselves.
