We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. It would be nice if there was a function to be able to pay online.

    If for some reason your funds aren't in the bank at the time if the draft and you come after the staff leaves, it would be nice to be able to pay through the app instead of having to come during staffed hours which may be inconvenient for the customers.

  3. Un-Book Option

    You should have a way to un-book a class once you have booked it. Just in case someone cannot make it or if they want to enroll in a different class.

  4. Notifications for waitlist pushed to phone, not just email.

    It would be nice to get a notification this way instead. I always miss openings but I also don’t want to have too turn my email notifications on. Why can’t the app just use push notifications?

  5. The ability to sign up for classes earlier than 15 minutes before they start

    15 mins is very last minute and people may be driving to the gym in that window. It would be nice to have the availability to sign up for a class earlier so you don't have to drive and reserve at the same time.

  7. We need a better way of signing up for classes.

    The scrolling for days and days to signup for a class is not ideal. Need a way to search or filter it out like website. Also, having to start back over to get to a class 3 days later is not ideal. Basically, I sign up for a Tuesday class and then in order to get to Wednesday to sign up for another class I have to start back from Monday and go all the way to Wednesday.

  9. Allow secondary user on account to use the app

    The secondary user on my account does not have his own account to use the app. He has to log into mine. Secondary users should have access to either have their own app account or the ability to add a secondary user on one app account

  10. Payment history by year

    In the app there needs to be a payment history by year rather than just the last 6 months. This is needed for fitness reimbursement at work

  11. Allow user to BOOK classes more than one week ahead. Currently only allows user to book classes one week ahead.

    Allow a user to BOOK classes MORE THAN 1 WEEK in advance. Why limit to 1 ???

  12. provide filters for class/type

    Having to scroll through multiple pages of swim/lap lanes drives me insane! Create a filter so we can only see what we want to see.
