This is absolutely Vital to convey emotion and most importantly convert the client from a free trial to the paid program! Video messages, voice messages. This DM part of the app should feel and look just as comfortable as any other DM function on other platforms not look like it needs multiple up dates. Also, please Dark Mode! The white is such an eye strain when you spen a lot of time on the phone or computer!
