The ability to build a running workout and sync it with garmin. For example - warmup, different run/rest intervals, and cool down. I write this out for my clients, but it would be great if that could sync with garmin, Apple Watch, etc. as a set workout.

Adding a comment here because the other thread was closed for you can already do this, but you can’t.
I’d like to be able to add different targets (HR, Pace, Etc) in different intervals in the run section. Example - 10 minute warmup; 1 mike threshold; 0.5 recovery; 1 mile threshold.
