    I've found a workaround for now. In the link replace the "shorts/" section of the link with the following: watch?v=

    Example:

    https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_7b1frM4lkE

    to

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7b1frM4lkE

    This will allow you to upload the video
