    Currently if you lift a heavier weight than your current 10 rep or 5 rep maxes for more than 5 or 10 reps it keeps the lower weight for those. If I lift 20 more pounds than my 5 rep max for 6 reps, it keeps the lower weight for my 5 rep max. I physically have to stop at 5 reps to update my 5 rep max.
