    I have a hard time fitting everything into a good photo for a meal. My coach said it's better to use the photos instead of micromanaging and freaking out about calories. However, sometimes i have another snack. Sometimes my meal has two bowls. It's hard to fit things all into one photo, especially if i go back for seconds. I can put that in writing, but that defeats the photos. It's just better visually so one can capture more accurately their intake at a glance.

  3. When the trainer sets a timed exercise automatically have a timer for that time so your circuit flows better and you don't have to stop
