Why does this not work AND there is no response explaining the situation? I have personally been waiting for this for 3 months. 18 months is ridiculous.
Let's do this: everyone who is reading these post from here on out. If there is no response 5 days, start telling your trainers that you will no longer use the app. AND posting that you have done so.
The only way this company is going to care, evidently, is if it impact their bottom line.
