    When having weekly catch ups with clients, I present the body weight graphs
    to talk about client progress. It would be very useful if you have click buttons at the top to add or not add as specific overlays. For example..

    Body weight
    Water intake
    Body fat
    Calories
    Steps
    Sleep
    Stress level (even on a scale of 1-10)

    So it will alert you as the pt but also to highlight to the client where contributing factors are effecting there progress. It just looks professional.

    I’m currently using spreadsheets still to show this information? And I have noticed a simple advert trainerize has posted saying use the app stop using spread sheets. This is not the case because there is information beside nutrition and exercise that contributes to a stall in clients progress.

    Expand the graph to overview 1 week client progress, I don’t understand why this hasn't been done already as majority of PTs would agree they will have weekly catch ups with clients.
