Something that can be good for trainers and clients alike is having the ability to set a goal within their conditioning circuits to help clients understand intensities, stimuli, and have another way to track/compare progress.

A lot of my clients are former CrossFitters who are tired of how the typical gyms program and would still like similar style of programming within a more thought out method. Also, the ability to program AMRAP, Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM, E2MOM,E3MOM, etc.), and For Time/For Load style workouts can help our clients learn to look at things OTHER than body metrics to see progress. It is another way to help people get a better perspective on health and fitness, who have only focused on the aesthetics side of their fitness.
