   I think it's great and would be helpful to an instructor but only if they were open to hear how to improve. If they get defensive, can't handle critique (this is all a personality thing of course) they would not like the feature. Instructor could even become self-conscious which wouldn't be good for them. Maybe their supervisor could see and share as needed or if instructor WANTS the feedback they could ask?
