Having clients all messaging me throughout the week with videos of their form and effort levels makes it impossible to navigate messages from all my clients... Having the video attached to the exercise performed on that day allows me to quickly reference and then screen share during our video call so that I can critique with them watching. if I have to go find a video message from 5 days before with 100 messages in my inbox, that is impossible...
