I believe the database is more diverse in MacrosFirst, but for me it is just much more user friendly. The diary showing you the macros in each food under the meal on the main page which helps me make decisions on eating "this not that". MyFitness will only show me what I have remaining which is limiting. I can scroll between where I am at and what is remaining which is also much more helpful to my on the spot food decision making.
