    This feature suggestion is absolutely brilliant! 💪 As a female user, I can't stress enough how much menstrual cycles affect weight fluctuations and training performance. The hormonal changes throughout the cycle significantly impact water retention, strength levels, and recovery.

    While waiting for Trainerize to officially implement this feature, I've been using https://periodcalculator.pro to track my cycle and manually noting it in my training logs. Being able to see the correlation between my cycle and weight/performance data has been incredibly helpful - like knowing that weight gain before my period is completely normal and not something to stress about.

    I really hope the development team prioritizes this! For female users, this isn't just a nice-to-have feature - it's an essential tool that helps us better understand our bodies and create more effective, science-based training plans.
