To Import MSG files into Office 365 you need to change them into PST format. This is because Outlook does not let you import MSG files directly. You can use WholeClear MSG Converter to do this. It can convert a lot of MSG files at the time. It also keeps the attachments. The way things look the same.. It works even if you do not have Outlook.

After you convert the MSG files you need to open Microsoft Outlook. Then you go to File, Open and Export and then Import/Export. Next you choose the option to import from another program or file. Then you select the PST file you just made. It also has a free trial version. This means you can try it out before you buy it. You can convert an emails like around 10, per folder to see how it works. This way you can test the features before you decide to purchase it.
