I’m beginning to think the whole meal plan section needs recoding. There’s now a list here of a lot of interconnected requests for improvement. Several of the requests would require recoding rather than editing the current meal module. (I hope it’s a module!) If changed incrementally it will be buggy as **** and not work well at all.

I’m already using two apps to make this whole plan work. Do I have to spend all my time entering data instead of working out?

and a built-in calculator so you don’t have to figure out every change or new recipe count on your own.

Half an apple? 🍎 🍏 🧃 💻?? Apples range in size between tennis balls and softballs. A tennis ball sized apple is about 75 cals and 15 grams of sugar. A softball-sized apple is literally twice the size: 150 cals and 28 grams sugar. “Half” an apple skews the numbers.

For those of us living outside the united states it would sure make it easier for all the food items if they could show both metric and imperial measurements so I don’t have to spend an hour looking up conversions for every recipe.

For diabetics this becomes especially critical. Potatoes, white rice and white bread are usually on the No-No list. Having the ability to substitute and still get accurate calorie and macro counts (fiber, carbs, iron, VitA) can make the difference between feeling successful and feeling pointless.

Body Majic looks like a twin or a clone of Trainerize. If there’s serious competition out there, some needs to step up their offerings. I’m beginning to think I might have made the wrong choice.
