Receipe ingredients should match recipe directions
I have noticed that some recipes call for ingredients and then in the direction call for different ingredients. They need to be proof read more carefully.

For those of us living outside the united states it would sure make it easier for all the food items if they could show both metric and imperial measurements so I don’t have to spend an hour looking up conversions for every recipe.

And sometimes an item is on the menu list and it is not mentioned in the preparation steps.

Also the measurements should be consistent. The ingredients list says half teaspoon then in the method it says use two tablespoons .....
