If you search “bar velocity motor unit recruitment” and find some studies / research reviews, you guys will understand that tempo is dynamic and shouldn’t be the same each rep / set. Imagine taking a set to failure - would you consider that you’ve hit failure just because you couldn’t maintain the tempo? No. You’re welcome
