We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Push charges when payments don't go through

    If a clients card doesn’t go through you have to wait 3 days even when they tell you they fixed it. Like any other service the trainer should be able to push payment on a card on file. This is only form of income so to have to wait 3 days sometimes is too long.

  2. Choose a Custom Payout Schedule.

    I would love to be able to set up a "payday" for myself.

    Ie: Have all my payouts transferred into my account on Monday, for example.

  4. update trainerize pay to change product type

    once you set a product you can't change the "recurring/onetime" box this should be changed at the trainers discretion.

  5. Ability to change parameters of Discount Codes after they are created

    I have discount codes that are applicable to certain products (i.e. in this case: discounts off any one-time/non recurring product)

    The discount codes are created to only apply to these certain products.

    However, when, in the future, I create a new product which I would like this coupon to apply to as well, there is no way to edit the coupon to add new rules.

    I am having to delete the coupon, lose all past data on the redemption history, and re-create it with the same name (because I have this coupon posted publicly on marketing material - I cannot…

    We’re keeping this set to ‘Cannot be done’ as it would corrupt the transaction history of applied discounts. Once a coupon has been redeemed at least once, it cannot be modified. Simply create a new one.

  6. Connect to my Facebook Page for my trainer business NOT my FB Profile

    Allow Trainerize to connent with a Facebook Page for a personal trainer. I don't necessarily want to use my Facebook Profile page.

    Hi,

    Archiving this old idea as Facebook has changed the way it works with Trainerize over the years. You do not need to connect your FB account to Trainerize anymore. Clients can directly share their progress within the mobile app.

    If there is any specific Facebook integration you would like to see, please come back and vote for it and let us know how it should work.
