A scalable bar on dashboard where client can just tap every time they drink a glass, so over the course of the day they can track or simply tap numerous times at the end of the day to represent water consumed... it needs to be visual, People are visual creatures.

If you actually want this for your clients, keep requesting and clarifying what you are asking for. It says "Planned" but in chatting with support there wasn't actually a plan for what people are asking for - the idea of being able to add water volume to the day rather than individually tracking each glass/volume in meals.
Simple, like how MFP lets you add Water and totals the water volume for the day as a separate thing.
I was told it could be done in meals and you could look at it in the daily nutrition numbers, which is a clunky workaround and more work for both clients and coaches to track.
Big thanks to the support person I chatted with for taking the time to understand what I was asking for - they said they would pass that along.

Ability to keep track of Fluids in the Meal Planner. This would include water, juices, soda, alcohol etc. Knowing what is being consumed makes it easier to make adjustments!

How is the most essential nutrient to life not a recordable option on Trainerize yet?

My clients want something that they can track and see the number of ounces they are drinking as the day goes on. Like a counter.
Just tracking the water for a meal is not showing them at the end of the day how many ounces of water they have consumed each day. This is what I’m referring to. I hope this makes sense.
Kind of like myfitnesspal, when you can track the amount of ounces of water you drink per day and it continuously counts up as you add the ounces.

An option to easily add to water and view goals without having to "add a meal"

In the app under Water to have water 8oz water bottles for them to check off when they drink one, so they can have more of a visual to cross off and see how many they have left for the day, tracking water is super important and clients need a good visual to do this.

Can you have an option to check off water intake throughout the day? Ive had several clients mention they like this feature on other apps

I have had many clients ask to track water along with food. To be able to add what is consumed through the day.

It’s 2022 and this hasn’t been added to the app yet. Please Trainerize, add this feature to the app

Add Water Tracking & ability to set a nutrition goal as "meals tracked". Meaning that clients can get awards for simple taking photos of their meals & being accountable via photo taking

I am copying this comment from another idea since I see that this idea is currently Under Review and the comment might get noticed. The original idea where I posted this was about being able to schedule habit notifications/reminders multiple times a day.
YES!
I really try working with my clients on improving their habits, but the thing is they kind of forget about the habits when they only receive 1 notification/day, and certain habits (like drinking water) would work better with multiple reminders across the day.
I have found a very interesting To-Do app with amazing Habit Functions which Trainerize could implement to improve this feature. The app is called TickTick. I would love to do in Trainerize as a coach what I can do with the TickTick app.
Maybe Trainerize could somehow integrate with TickTick. That would save a lot of time for the developers I guess.
Some examples of Habit functions:
- Scheduled reminders by the coach (but also modifiable by the client)- Pop-Up notifications to complete the Habit without getting into the app.
- See Habit Completion per day. Like if the client only drank 3 glasses of water instead of 4 glasses, show a bar or circle with 75% of habit goal.
- Habit Snooze, so if a client doesn't have the time to drink water when the app reminds him to, he could snooze the notification with 15 mins, 30 mins, 1hour, 2 hours etc.- Integrate certain Habits with the Widget metrics. So, for example, if we have a "5000 Steps a day" Habit, then it's completion should be either Manual or Automatic using the number of steps registered in the Step Count Window. The same with sleep or calorie burn. This function already works with the Weight. When the weight is updated, the goal also updates automatically.
- Allow the client to add a quick note for the habit
- Make Habits viewable in the clients personal calendar (like Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar etc.)
These are all my ideas on this topic for the moment.

Tracking water intake is an essential part of a trainer's ability to keep their clients accountable. This needs to be added as a Widget alongside Steps, Sleep, and other important markers.
