We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    The app doesn’t even open many of the times and the integration with Google forms is a disaster.

  2. App use coaching + add other lanuagues + subscription duration

    More detail coaching dor using the app, avail Arabic language for food receips

  3. Milestone walk award

    Yesterday the app showed a milestones walk award for 200 miles. Today I received another milestone walk award for 300 miles. There's no way I walked 100 milesin a day.

  5. Notes of zoom meetings

    It would be useful to have a section to be able to read the notes from the discussions on the zoom meetings. Including tips/advice/ideas discussed

  6. Visible self comments

    In order to see the comments made about a prior workout completed, you have to be in the list view and then select the workout. If you want to review this information in the middle of the workout you have to end the workout. Idea is to create the ability to pause the workout to be able to look at comments if needed or make them visible after hitting start.

  7. Measurement for above naval

    To measure that part of the stomach area above the naval. +- the lower rib cage where a lot of fat can accumulate.

  8. Colour personalization

    I can't see the light blue with the white text or whatever is at the top of the page.
    I wish I could change the app colour coordination/ personalize it a bit so it's pretty too.

    But also for my colorblindness, I have to get someone to read it to me !

  9. I wish the app was still working for me. January 1,2024 the app stopped working. Very frustrating. All my lifting records are gone.

    Fix the app to allow my access to continue. Stopped working January 1, 2024. I lost all my lifting information. Also do not know what workouts are coming up. No longer receive group messaging. Pleas fix!

  12. Wider benches for free weights

    The weights benches are very narrow and suggest wider benches for support. Considering we have options to lift 50+ lb dumbells the benches are too narrow and for those on the larger size would benefit with greater support.

  13. Cannot add member barcode to Apple Wallet

    Tapping on "Add to Apple Wallet" results in "Could Not Add Card" error message. Then tapping on "Help" just takes you to the iPhone home screen

  14. Fix app crash

    When completing a workout, the app takes forever to finalize it. I get the circle on my screen and it just goes around and around. It shouldn't take forever to finalize a workout.

  15. If you accidentally hit the button to end your workout, there needs to be a way to cancel that and resume the work out.

    There is no way to resume a work out if you accidentally hit the button to end it or if you have to pause it. It’s very frustrating.

  16. Make it accessible in China

    I could access the App while I was in China in January 2023. Not know what had happened after that but I couldn’t access the App in following trips in March, June and September. There might be cyber security restrictions applied. Hope you could resolve it so I could continue my training while traveling.

    The app doesn't have a place to enter our derby name. Which should be our primary handle when using the app. An option for numbers and home leagues would be cool too.

  20. Fix image upload in chat bug

    When I add a photo to chat the app wants asks to wait or close. waiting doesn't fix it. After I add it it still wants to close. Please fix
