Weight moving average trend line
Have the ability to track moving average weight instead of having data points that jump around. Would allow better focus on overall trend instead of individual data points.

Allow the ability to access previous workouts that were logged on your schedule.
Allow the ability to go back to a previous workout that was logged days, weeks, or months prior. I like the ability/option of logging details such as your reps, weight used, circuit, etc. But what is the point of logging them into the app if you can not go back to check and compare your progress? I have to use multiple apps to keep track of my progress. Which is getting annoying. I started this routine almost a year ago and can not go back to the beginning of the year to compare my progress. Notes after each complete set
I like to note how hard the set was. If I need to go up in weight or check my form for next time. Also, if I used a band I’d like to be able to note which color for next time.

Ability to track sleep quality and the factors that affect it
Create a scale in which users are able to rate their sweet quality, then have a section including all the factors which could affect sleep quality.
IE: how close to bed time was your last meal, how much screen time did you have in the evening, how much caffeine throughout the day and how late, did you wake up a lot throughout the night, etc2 votes -

Create a comment section for the day. Let ur trainer kno how u r feeling, if u slept well, ur general feeling as u approach the day or ur training. I would like to use the app to treat my whole person and a diary of wellness is important
