We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Allow a way to add rep and weight boxes for single body part exercises

    Allow a way to add rep and weight boxes for single body part exercises. When doing, for example, a single arm cable row, it would be nice to have the ability to record each arm’s reps and weights because sometimes they are different.

  3. Apple Watch - sync end of workout intensity with apple training load

    Apple watch now tracks training load and gives you information on how your training load changes over the month. Training load is very similar to the screen presented at the end of a training session in the app, it would be great if these 2 values would be synced, as currently it needs to be edited manually

  4. Connect to Samsung ring for step, activity, and sleep tracking.

    I would like to be able to connect the Samsung health app and my Samsung ring to the Fit Responder app. If a fit bit can connect I would think the Samsung stuff would be able to as well.

    It would be nice if it linked with "lose it" and pacer and the iphone workout app. I keep having to put everything in twice

  7. Allow editing on watch when workout is started on phone

    When I start a workout on my apple watch I can add reps, sets and weights.

    When I start it on the phone app I would like it to reciprocate so I do not have to keep my phone unlocked all the time and I can edit and adjust via the app but also be able to view the live session on my phone if I need to see form video

    Have the workout display calories in Apple Health as opposed to distance for weight based cross training workouts. This way it’ll show 288 calories as opposed to 0.10mi as an example when looking at the workout in Apple Health.

  9. Make the app able to reconnect to the Apple Watch rather than being useless after a disconnect.

    If the app disconnects from the Apple Watch mid workout there is no way to reestablish the connection. Either make the Apple Watch app more stable (so it doesn’t crash) or let it reconnect.

    I would like to be able to edit my achievements. I have an achievement that was an excersise stat entered wrong. Now it is an achievement.

  12. Merge WorkOut Assignments with Completed Workout Data from Trackers

    Be able to merge an assigned workout (for example, my trainer assigns me "yoga") with the tracked yoga data that ports in from my wearable when I accomplish the workout. Right now it looks like I did it twice if I say I did my trainer's assignment, or it looks like I didn't do my assignment.

  13. Import/Sync apple’s fitness activity with trainerize‘s activity

    Import or Sync any apple’s fitness activity into the trainerize‘s app as an activity
    Ex: import or add a “walking” activity after its completion on the apple’s watch into the Trainerize app to avoid any manual inputs.

  14. Make the app less glitchy

    The app will, at random times, decide to just stop tracking calories and heartrate even though the clock is still running. Obnoxious because then I have to use my apple watch to continue my work out. I’d rather just use my Apple Watch at that point.

  17. Elapsed time on workouts

    When starting a workout, a timeclock that keeps track of how long you've been doing your workout starts. That way you can keep track of Estimated vs elapsed live instead of at the end.

  19. Smart sync from garmin (and presumably other wearables)

    If I have a scheduled exercise in trainerize (say, running) and then just track it on my garmin, it’ll show up as another run, and I have to delete the planned one. It’d be awesome if trainerize asked me „oh is this the run you were planning?“ and then would merge the two entries.
