App to suggest weight based on history increases as you do
Clear in subject.
Simply have an algorithm that helps suggest increases in weight based on history.
or at least have a percentage system.
After testing the trainer can put the 1RM ,3RM or 5RM into each exercises database.
Now when you program the workouts, instead of putting a certain weight in there, you just put a percentage and the app converts that to a certain weight for the client.
THIS would make this the best app ever! making programming so much easier for strength based sports.
