Allow user to customize distance units to cardio equipment, miles for treadmill, walk & run and meters for rowing
Currently the app only allows a global setting for distance units, either kilometers or miles. However, rowing machines measure distances in meters and treadmills measure distances in miles. It would be much easier to be able to customize the app for each cardio machine.
