Built-in meal planner in the app that allows swaps and gives suggestions, instead of PDF
I should be able to view my meal plan inside the app like a calendar instead of using a PDF. I should be able to print off shopping lists, swap out meals or repeat meals I like.

Entering dot points of each meal on nutrition plan to tick off. Some of us don’t want to do the calorie stuff with my fitness pay but just want to tick off that we’ve followed the meal

In regards to meal plan, have a feature that offers alternatives. If it says “tuna” say substitute with grilled chicken or if it says “cottage cheese” say substitute for Greek yogurt. That way there are alternative options if you don’t like something.

Examples of substitutes for food categories. For example if a vegetable is listed what are some other vegetables options you can substitute for.

Along with the meal plan there should be food recipes or links to recipes along wil alternative options of food.

ie paleo, keto, vegan, people without dietary restrictions, for gluten free. just so that everyone has a general idea of what is supposed to be what (what does 150g of protein look like throughout the day)

I'd like my meal plans to be changed monthly within the app like my workouts. I dont like going to fitness pal to log food so I don't do it. It's just another step.

More vegan gluten free recipes and have the recipes for the meal plan listed at the end of the meal plan schedule versus having to get out of the app and go online to search for the recipe. Also don’t have packaged foods in the plan like Rx bars and naked juice.

I would love a place I can put in a meal plan and add the macros and have it total up for the whole day. Right now I use my fitness pal and basically track and move things around but it is exhausting doing it that way!

I would like to keep my trainer updated with what I eat outside of the meal plan. Whether I have a peanut butter sandwich, a salad with some chicken, two extra fruits, or a slab of chocolate, I would like him to know about what I’m eating on the daily.

I like to meal prep and plan my week over the weekend versus during the week. All the options for time are on a Friday into Saturday. So, it’s really helpful to get the meal plan and workouts earlier than on Monday morning. How about you?

Be able to order and pay for a meal and/or shake on the app before a session and it be set aside for when you’re done
