General is such a broad term, easy to call "basketball" "tennis" or "Bodyweight circuits" etc.

Under the Cardio section, I would like to add my own options eg. HIIT class and delete others that I never use eg. running.

Automatically calculate calories burnt. I enter distance and time taken to do the distance, should be able to calculate the calories burnt.

Allow the trainers I add an item or field or just default a field on every workout for total calories burned. We wear heart rate monitors and track this daily. Thus could also be charged with other items in the dashboard.

Possibility to see how many calories the workout should burn, etc. then possibility to show meals or calorie intake, at the end, graph showing difference, +\-

Have a way to edit the different cardio workouts to the machine so we can accurately track our workouts and progress. E.G. The Stair machine doesn't give distance, it gives total steps and doesn't have an incline

Add group fitness as an option for cardio, with a way to enter the name of the class. That way, my trainer knows what cardio I'm doing on days that we don't work together.

I wish we could check into fitness classes that we did instead of selecting a cardio exercise that is most similar to the class that we did, like yoga, or a plyo class.

Would love that. My trainer just did a random workout for me this morning, using some of the exercises included in his scheduled workouts, but there's no way to track progress with these. Being able to just say: "Custom workout" and add all the things I did today would be great.

Be great for the days that user does something outside of the training plan to be able to put a class in for example, just expanding a bit on the cardio choices -

Sometimes I take 1hr or 90min classes along with the exercises I get from my trainer and would like to add them to my day's workout, but can't because there is no tab for classes in the 'add to today' area. Under the 'classes' tab there can be choices like Bikram Yoga, kickboxing, Zuba, Pilates etc and for the tracking there would only need to be a space to add the time, 30min, 60min, 90min etc. this way our trainers can see what other extra work we are putting in.

I'd love to be able to add my kickboxing classes, martial arts classes, regular boxing classes and Bikram Yoga...and I'm sure other people take Zumba, spin classes, regular yoga etc. it would be cool to add classes sort of like how we can add treadmill and the other extra workouts.
