For example, I play some serious tennis...would love to be able to add that I played 2.5 hours of tennis to show my trainer why I am toast the next day. Other activities I would like to be able to add include hiking, biking, etc.

I have a wide variety of apps: MapMyRun, mapmycycle but also core challenge workouts (daily) and random YouTube videos for yoga that simply don’t work with this app. I wish I didn’t have to add them manually or ignore them entirely !

Show a plot with Total calories burned per week doing cardio On dash, number of activities isn’t useful. Sometimes the cardio is a warmup. Calories burned per week plot would be great.
If you track start to finish time with lifting, could plot total minutes working out per week too

For the Cardio Tracking option, have an open text exercise tracking option that is in addition to the pre-filled list of cardio activities other than the “Other” selection. For example, I often punch a heavy bag and/or cycle outdoors for cardio. If I could enter open text (e.g., “Heavy Bag,” “Outdoor Cycling,” etc.), that would enable better tracking.

Where there is an open day. Rather than “Freestyle”, allow the clients to enter things like: Yoga, F45, CrossFit, Pilates, etc. without having to add exercises. So that it will show up similarly to how the trainers scheduled program looks in the calendar. For ex: UPPER STRENGTH (trainers program)

Definitely this!! I only workout doing classes at my gym. It’s hard to add into the app. I’m always just adding in something random

The calories burned during the exercise should upload to my fitness pal and we should be able to sync hr monitors to the program as well
