I participate in a cross-fit/bootcamp and I would like to log it properly and not just under "general." I use my Apple Watch to track such fitness and would like my trainer to see that as well.

Have an open activity that. Oils be customized for activities like a Skype consult, watch this nutrition video etc.

In my plan I have reps and weight pulled, i would like to see next to it how many calories are burnt so I can ensure I'm not working on a defecit calorie intake.

Agree. The "Notes" option doesn't do much. I don't know if anyone sees it. Would love to be able to change the Title of General or add to it so it is clear what was done.

The app has specific categories for workouts outside of the trainers plan. However, when I log general workouts, workouts that are not already named in your app, I would like to name them. It would help my trainer to know what workouts I am doing outside of the plan. For example, I take high intensity interval classes and teach yoga. I would like to name these workouts not just add time and calories burned.

Also other sports. I play basketball as well as do gym. I mix up my classes etc, do weights. It's too restricted in the app and does not give an overall picture of your exercise and routine.

I agree. I have clients who go climbing regularly but I couldn't find a way for them to add this. I could only find a way to add traditional gym exercises. It would really help me to understand what they are putting their body through physically and program and schedule more appropriately for them. It would be nice to do this at a glance from within the calendar rather than having to cross reference with messages/emails.

Is there a way to track you caloric expenditure on weight training and freestyle workouts and then to see a summary of calories consumed minus workout cals
