Put in timer beside exercises that you do for a specific period of time. Ex. 1 min plank or 30 sec high knees.
Add the rest time beside these exercises so you dont have to change it in the settings for every exercise. It makes circuits much easier.

Hi Trevor, my trainer gives me sometimes a mixed interval and strength workout. It would be good to have the Timer built in so I don’t need to edit or allow the timer at the top of the screen to write data so it happens automatically. The interval workout are good and with the advanced feature guiding voice - no doubt it is amazing, same with the strength workout where we note our reps/sets. However, when it comes to a mix of both, interface looks like the strength one and you have to use the timer up (in my case add 5 sec more so I get into position) and note after manually. As I mentioned, it could be great to have the timer in the exercise and it gets automatically noted and have the possibility to edited after if needed; other options it is to allow the timer at the top of the screen to also write data when you select the seconds box and press the timer after. Do you get me? :)

Add timer option for exercises I.E planks for 30 seconds. App can be a little unresponsive when flicking back and forwards from other apps to track time.

When a trainer plans a set or workout with mixed reps/timed exercises, it would be helpful to have a timer for the exercise, rather than relying on an external timer app.

Add the time clock so when you have to do an exercise like planks for 40 seconds you don't have to count in your head

My trainer tells me do 45 seconds of a specific exercise. I have to watch second hand of clock on wall.
