I train with a CrossFit style agenda. Mostly for time or amrap... I’d like to have a general way to create a workout and they just log their time or general rounds plus whatever extra reps they did.

This could also be a narrative box next to the weight box on the workout but allowing the trainee to enter in things like “BW” for Bodyweight exercises and “25 pound plate” if you are using a plate loaded cable machine. Also, is there a way that the reps assigned to a lift can be pre loaded into the “track” section. I find it cumbersome to have to enter each box and type in the reps then type in the weight. Should only need to type in the weight since reps are predetermined unless it’s a AMRAP

I have a lot of workouts that are AMRAP for time, but there’s nowhere to record that time and compare, just a spot to put weights/reps.

An overall tracker for a amrap set rather than for each rep in that set. I'm finding I'm going between this app and my stopwatch on the phone which is a bit painful.
I then can't seem to correctly allocate my time as I will do a 3 min set of 3-6 different activities. It wants a time for each set of activities which I can't allocate. -

I loved the workout timer before so you could go back and see how long a workout took previously . This helps you plan how long to expect it to take

The current "circuit" option when creating workouts is not sufficient. Neither is the option to superset exercises.
For Example:
AMRAP IN 20 MINUTES
10 pushups
10 box jumps (20/24)
10 pullups
10 air squatsRounds:_____
