Sync with Apple Watch / Apple Health

Your training app now comes with the Apple Watch app.
If you have the iOS app installed, please update your app to v7.0 or above.

Similar to how there is compatability with FitBit, there should be compatability with the Apple Watch, and android smartwatches for that matter too.

I would like to link my apple watch to trainerizqe. If I link my apple watch to myfitnesspal will that then transfer the data over to trainerize along as I have myfitnesspal linked to trainerize?

Aside from making data from
Apple watch compatible and being able to have HR, weight available, I suggest an apple watch version of the app with maybe access to
Basic health info. And the list of workout exercises and reps. This way one could potentially use the watch to follow a workout vs having to look at the phone. This version could also include the interval timer -
