Allow for notes on exercises
If I am doing banded chin ups, I would like have notes to say I did 10 x at a blue resistance band, 8 × yellow resistsnce etc. Allowing notes per excercise makes it easier to track results. Writing the colour or type of resistance band level. Even with machinery, we have matrix machines, hammer strength, life fitness, multiple of the same machine and for example the weight I can pull down on a lat pull down machine is different depending on the brand used. An option to add free text to that specific exercise which carries across each week.

Just like how you can sync tracked reps and weight for each exercise when repeated a workout that's already been done, there should be a notes section per exercise. For example, if you're progressing an exercise that uses a mini band and you don't know the actual weight of the mini band, it'd be awesome if each exercise had a note section so you could just write "medium mini band" and sync that note to the next time you do that workout. Comments on a workout don't carry over when you repeat it.

I workout at different gyms. It would be nice to see if I made notes to specific movements. Some equipment is heavier or lighter than others and I have no idea what I did previously.

Show exercise note alongside history. Underneath the exed use name you have the ability to write down rep range, tempo, ROM etc. When you view the history of an exercise it would be helpful to show the notes for that exercises. For example, take a regular lat pulldown done for 10 reps at 100 lbs on one day. Then on the next session you decided to add an eccentric tempo for 10 reps at 90 lbs. The history currently shows 100lbs one day and 90 lbs on the following without any context. It would be nice to see that the lower weight day was due to an added tempo rather than it being a weaker day

The ability to track some exercises differently, like plank isn’t tracked in reps or weights, but seconds. Also the ability to add notes under each exercise, like if it was difficult, if you had to sub it for a different exercise, what color band you used, what attachment, what level for pushups, etc.

No way to add which band you use
Helpful to add notes to specific exercises so you can see wins/ challenges on your next day -

It would be really nice to be able to put a note in under a specific exercise on my workout plan. It would be good to know I used the heavy band or the extra heavy band for band work. Also would be good to be able to write down if there was any modifications made. Sometimes I have to use a different weight on one side versus the other. Or it would also be nice to write down if an exercise was really difficult or if I didn’t like it or if I didn’t like it. And it would be great if my trainer could see those notes to use for future planning sessions.

Give us a field where I can record either the color or the strength (number of pounds) of the band I'm using for an exercise. Shouldn't have to remember for each exercise, and today there is no way to record progress.

I would love for the notes to be saved somewhere so I can review for the next workout.

Add notes to excercise rather than just workout

When tracking an exercise, it would be good to leave a note for your trainer: this was really tough or I had clicking in my joint...
