If I want to duplicate a previous workout say a week later I wish I could copy/paste the workout to present day without entering all the workouts individually.

It’s such a waste of time to redo the exercises or move from a day I have done earlier

Agreed. It’s so annoying doing the same/similar workouts and having to go through everything again.
