It would be great if there could be a 1-1 meeting with the coaches every week or every other week for a more formal follow up. (Zoom/ webcam or if some live nearby the gyms, face to face)

Or record video of you doing each exercise so trainer can check form.

Check up with the coach weekly even if i am travelling to talk about the past week and discuss any subject more easily

If you are unsure what to do for an exercise or you can't do the the exercise because you don't have the equipment; you should be able to video chat with your trainer to see how to do the exercise or what other exercise you can by he or she demonstrating on video. Also the trainer can make sure you are accurately doing the exercise.
