Make videos play while using timer for exercises.
When you don’t have videos memorized, you have to stop the timer to see next exercise. Have the video of the exercise you are suppose to be doing play for the duration of the timer, and then move to next video automatically so a quick glance and you know the next exercise.

It would be super to have the demo videos play automatically for each exercise. Our clients have found it inconvenient that the timer pauses when they want to watch the video. Most set their phones on a table or counter and just want to follow along. Having to press play on the video and then again on the workout breaks the flow.
