Connecting to Garmin would be good fir stats, similar to Fitbit connection I imagine? But adding cals burned for example snd heart rate.

Also, being able to add notes to each days macros would be good - e.g struggled to hit macros/cals today, or felt bloated after eating X

Rn my infor is synch’d between Apple health and MyFitnessPal. It would be better to take the sleep and activity data direction from the device observing the data.

Currently syncing Garmin with MyFitnessPal which is supposed to sync to Apple Health but hasn’t been working very well for a few weeks. All steps aren’t syncing either.
