If not an individual feature- many other health apps such as MFP track water. Just include that data on the dashboard

I am copying this comment from another idea since I see that this idea is currently Under Review and the comment might get noticed. The original idea where I posted this was about being able to schedule habit notifications/reminders multiple times a day.
YES!
I really try working with my clients on improving their habits, but the thing is they kind of forget about the habits when they only receive 1 notification/day, and certain habits (like drinking water) would work better with multiple reminders across the day.
I have found a very interesting To-Do app with amazing Habit Functions which Trainerize could implement to improve this feature. The app is called TickTick. I would love to do in Trainerize as a coach what I can do with the TickTick app.
Maybe Trainerize could somehow integrate with TickTick. That would save a lot of time for the developers I guess.
Some examples of Habit functions:
- Scheduled reminders by the coach (but also modifiable by the client)- Pop-Up notifications to complete the Habit without getting into the app.
- See Habit Completion per day. Like if the client only drank 3 glasses of water instead of 4 glasses, show a bar or circle with 75% of habit goal.
- Habit Snooze, so if a client doesn't have the time to drink water when the app reminds him to, he could snooze the notification with 15 mins, 30 mins, 1hour, 2 hours etc.- Integrate certain Habits with the Widget metrics. So, for example, if we have a "5000 Steps a day" Habit, then it's completion should be either Manual or Automatic using the number of steps registered in the Step Count Window. The same with sleep or calorie burn. This function already works with the Weight. When the weight is updated, the goal also updates automatically.
- Allow the client to add a quick note for the habit
- Make Habits viewable in the clients personal calendar (like Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar etc.)
These are all my ideas on this topic for the moment.

Tracking water intake is an essential part of a trainer's ability to keep their clients accountable. This needs to be added as a Widget alongside Steps, Sleep, and other important markers.

There’s no place to see how much water has been logged for the day. Staying hydrated it an important part of nutrition coaching and it would be nice if clients could log their water in MyFitnessPal and have it show up in the app.

Can we have a quick add feature for water intake like on FitBit, MFP, etc? General habits like "drink more water" are great but they aren't scalable or practical. When I have a client trying to work on hydration and we're working up to their goal amount, I need a way to practically see how much they're regularly getting and they WONT track unless it's crazy easy to do so. Having a quick add option within the habit to enter amounts like 8oz, 12 oz. 16 oz, and 32 oz. would be amazing. I use my FitBit app to track my own but it's crazy annoying to have to use 5 apps to track everything and google forms, email, texting, and everything else to keep track of all the stats I need for my advanced clients.

Right now we just can enter yes or no for the water intale goal; it should be flexible to take how much actual consumed each day.

To have the ability to enter in how much water they are drinking would be splendid, as a trainer, Water intake is a common habit prescribed to clients and it's tedious to retype the same habit over and over again under the "custom habit" field.
The ability to see where they currently are and where improvements could be made would be tremendous. -

I have all of my clients on either a Fitbit or an apple watch to connect to the app. I track water, sleep, steps, food, and activity for them daily. I am looking to be able to see their water intake off their app automatically loaded onto trainerize just like steps do! Holds the client accountable, but also so I don't have to text them every day asking.
