Add more cardio or activity types like tennis, basketball, baseball, dancing, hiking
Just like we can now add custom habits, I want to add custom cardio activities. For example. There isn't even Tennis, Basketball, or any sports as cardio activities. I might create a custom activity called yard work, dancing, yoga, jump rope, skipping, football, pilates or hiking, etc...

More explanation on the at home workouts ie. What does 1 set 3-5 mean? 1 set of 5 3 times? I have no idea.

As a user I would like to be able to add my own exercises—Essentrics, low impact aerobics, Pilates, yoga, piloxing, barre, turbo jam, etc.

There’s no option to add in yoga or Pilates as a days exercise. So far you can only choose from walking, elliptical, workout etc

Not all classes are cardio so it would be great to be able to track these- such as yoga/Pilates/lbt etc

Would be so helpful to have more detailed exercise options for tracking, such as yoga, barre, Pilates workouts, etc, instead I have to log these as ‘General’ every time!

I often do yoga or Pilates or barre classes but unlike some other fitness apps, there’s no option to choose them when I’m logging a workout.

Allow Pilates yoga dance crossfit and many other workout options to be selected under “log a workout” that don’t require you to enter “general” and then type workout in notes.

I do yoga and row in addition to the weight workouts. I end up having to record those as Cardio/General. I'd like to have a way to create workouts called Yoga and Rowing and then just check-in with those.

For a trainer who emphasizes accountability and habit changing it may be more valuable to have a general "check in" box that they could name. Example: They have their daily workout but they are also working on eating something within the hour after their workout, trying to create a habit. This would give the client accountability and the trainer a way to track compliance.
