Ability to pause workouts on the mobile app
Like on an Apple Watch when you do any workout you can hit “pause” temporarily. Like say you forgot something in your car and need to run back out. You can hit “pause” vs keeping the workout going or starting it over. Or sometimes when I’m doing cardio outside I see people I know and talk to them briefly it would be nice to hit “pause” and then resume when I’m done.

I would love this! I’m often working out in my home gym and might get interrupted by one of my children so I’d love to be able to pause

As a new user, one thing that happened was that the workout was cancelled with an accidental touch of my phone and I lost all the stats I recorded. I remembered them thankfully but might not always be the case. Maybe in addition to pausing a workout (eg running) which I think is the idea behind this suggestion, there should also be a button to save the workout as you complete each set/exercise. Maybe put it next to the Rest button

As an in person trainer, I am starting the clients workout on my phone for them. But if in the middle of their session we are talking about past workouts, nutrition, macros, measurements etc. I cannot "pause" the workout, go look at what I need to, then come back to tracking.

Yes !! The last two workouts I did have totally inaccurate times, because I wasn't able to pause the workout while I had to use the bathroom or grab a snack. I kept looking for it and was surprised a feature like that didn't exist. Even the most simple workout apps have a pause function.

I agree with this suggestion so if you are in a work out and then say you get chatting in between sets you can pause the workout and then resume rather than keeping in running. So your time training can be accurately recorded.

I would love to be able to pause my workout or save where I am in case I have to stop and finish later. I hate that I can’t do that enough that I have considered leaving and going with a different app.

I’d love to see a time estimate at the top of each workout for planning purposes, and the ability to split sessions with trainer recommendations if we can do 20 mins in the morning and 30 in afternoon, for example. Or a pause and return if we need to interrupt a session mid-workout.

While tracking for example a strenght activity and you have to check domething out in youtube or google the app deletes all the data that you have tracked.
